عبد العزيز بن باز the ideological attack خالد بن باز

Sheikh Abdelaziz ibn Baz is a scholar and jurisconsult. He was born in Riyadh, in a family of which many are his members who predominate in the study of religion. He is one of those scholars who have spent their lives serving Islam and Muslims. He learned the Holy Qur'an before puberty, and then began to learn Sharia and Arabic sciences from leading specialists in these sciences. He worked as a judge for a period of fourteen years, then worked in teaching at the scientific institute, and in the sharia faculty at Riyadh, then at the Islamic University of Illuminated Medina. Subsequently, he became its rector, then became general chairman of the administration of scientific research, fatwa and preaching and orientation in 1395 hegira. He then became general mufti alongside his presidency of the founding assembly of the World Islamic League, the high assembly for mosques, and the high assembly for Islamic universities. He was a member in some Islamic preaching organizations. Among his books: the obligations, epistle on the spread of charms and the Islamic veil, criticism of Arab nationalism, Sheikh Muhammad ibn Abdil Wahhab: his preaching and his life, the three epistles on prayer, the warning against innovations , the holy war in the path of Allah, as well as the fatwas relating to the rules of the pilgrimage, the 'umra and his visit ... He obtained the reward of King Faysal for the service of Islam in 1402 of the AH.

Ali at-Tantawi may Allah have mercy on him (1327 - 1420)


Sheikh Ali at-Tantawi is an Islamic scholar and writer. He was born in Damascus, where he began his apprenticeship. He graduated from his law and literature university in 1933. He rose to teaching and judicial duties in Syria until he reached his highest degree. He moved to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1963 where he worked in teaching at the faculty of Arabic language and the Sharia faculty at the University of Riyadh and at the Sharia University of Mecca. He was able to bring together two cultures: Arab Islamic, and recent contemporary. He was a great scholar, writer and eloquent speaker. Just as he made efforts in science and culture through the means of communication be it newspapers, radio and television. He was known by his radio program: questions and problems, and his television program: a light and a guide. He also composed many books, among them: general knowledge about the religion of Islam, images and dangers, Islamic research, epistle of reform, stories of history, men of history , tales of life, reminders of Ali at-Tantawi in eight parts. He won the King Faysal World Prize for Serving Islam in 1410 Hegira.
