There is a very nice book called "Praise of Slowness", it talks about the importance of slowing down, when we eat, when we make love, when we talk with friends or just when we go out to walk .

I adopted the "Okinawa" method, named after the Japanese archipelago. Okinawa is the place in the world where people live the longest. One of the secrets of longevity lies in really eating healthy. We often forget a discussion or what is good for us. The presence of the bracelet on our wrist, without being too apparent, allows us to remember.

The people who will express gratitude for everything and nothing - see the Eiffel Tower, have a good time with friends, enjoy a good meal, a valuable discussion - see their immune system strengthened. Our thoughts have an influence on our body. Even if you do not feel well, simulate a smile and you will see that this emotion will become real. With the simple act of smiling, you will feel more positivity and energy. And if you release positive energy, you attract positive energy. Another example ? I can feel very tired and start dancing. Little by little, I will realize that I will get better: how our body can also influence our thoughts, our morale!

NEVER ENTER YOUR DREAMS!


Every human being has the ability to dream, that's what makes us different from animals. And if one ever ignores one's dreams, one deprives oneself of an opportunity to be happy. Dreams are really the engine to get better, even when times are tough. At the same time, it is very important to be present, and not always looking to the future. One of the keys to happiness is therefore the ability to combine the two: at the same time, to be in the present, to live it intensely, and to allow oneself to have dreams.
