There are ways to find out.
We are all unique at all levels.
We all have fingerprints, irises, and distinct voice patterns. We have an
original combination of personality traits, emotions, and thoughts. We all see
life through the lens of our own beliefs, experiences and perspectives.
When we embrace our
individualities, then our gifts and talents become initiated. Ready to be deployed.
Our authentic self to permission to shine. When we conform in such a way as to
enter a mold, to be accepted or out of fear of rejection, we neutralize that
power which is in us. Big mistake, because it is by practicing self-acceptance
and honoring our differences that we can feel assured of being our true selves
ourselves.

We all want to be recognized for
what we are intrinsically. In order for this to happen, we must first take the
time to know, honor and celebrate what makes us different from others. When
someone recognizes our true essence, we feel seen and known at a deep level.
It's rewarding.
If you do not embrace your
uniqueness, you can spend your whole life striving to conform and compare
yourself to others. I was like that a few years ago, but this way leads
nowhere, except to understand the ridiculousness to conform to a mold. By
celebrating what makes you different rather than wasting your time trying to
please others, you will discover your unique and special gifts. This discovery
will lead you to live your truth.
7 keys to discover the purpose of
your life
1. Do you have goals? Your vision
of life is your map to know how to live your life. Goals help you make your
vision a reality. To create them, you must know what they are. Your goals must
be measurable and quantifiable. A goal is rarely too big, we sometimes tend to
underestimate what we are able to accomplish over time.
Our lives may seem out of control
when we have not clearly defined a goal. Take the time to see each week what
you have accomplished. Create a plan to align your activities with your vision
of life.
2. Give priorities. Do what's
important first. What is urgent is sometimes not important. Social media
distractions, messages, emails, television can keep you away from focusing on
what's really important. To spend your time on activities that support your
vision of life and help keep your daily life balanced, consider these
productivity tips.
When you are in a busy work
period, disconnect from all sources of distractions that can affect your mental
state and concentration.
Get up 15 minutes earlier to set
your intentions for the day.
Write down a list of 2-3 things
that you need and want to accomplish in the day.
Be attentive to time suckers, such
as social media, surfing the internet, and focus on what is important to
accomplish.
Personally I like to work in
intensive session of a few hours, sometimes just one or two hours, but
completely focused on what I do. When you are focused on a subject, you begin
to dig deep, to the golden deposit. Then I pick up totally to re-energize and
relax.
Know what you value more than
anything in life, and spend more time in these areas.
3. Evaluate the results. Take 10
minutes at the end of each day to evaluate your daily activities. Examine the
things that make you feel successful, the ones that make you happy and
satisfied, and compare them with the things that make you anxious and stressed.
Living a balanced life is a myth. You can reach a life where you feel in
harmony, but the balance I do not believe in it. it's about identifying and
doing more of what works for you, and moving away from things that do not work.
Stop and think about whether your actions match your vision of life and whether
they fulfill your goals. Feed the actions that are effective and adjust the
ones that are counterproductive.
List three things that do not work
in your life. Then write what you need to change accordingly.
List three things that work well.
Write down on paper the qualities that contributed to this success. Celebrate
them. Become aware of your efforts.
4. A healthy mind in a healthy
body. If you feel tired or exhausted at the end of the day, or have trouble getting
up in the morning, it means that something is taking too much weight on you.
Persistent headaches, body aches, and insomnia are all signs that your body and
your life are not in sync with your best you. Your body reflects your life
choices. It is your body that informs you when something is not working, learn
to listen to what your body tells you in every situation.
A good physical shape, a good
emotional health are the cornerstone to live your best life. Exercise, sleep,
pay attention to the quality of your diet, learn to empty your mind. These are
your highest priorities. If you want to make an impact in the world, help
others, you must be able to take care of yourself first. It's not selfish, it's
logical.
5. Need help? It's very simple,
ask. People do not dare to ask, they are afraid of the effect that their action
will have on the world. Ask for help or a return is a sign of determination and
desire to grow. We all need a tribe that sends us back positive. Reach out to
those who have experienced what you are experiencing, or those who admire you
and ask them to refer you.
Write on paper the things you need
help with right now, and write down 3 people you could ask for.
6. Be flexible. Change happens
sometimes when we do not expect it. Resistance to change creates suffering.
Okay it's important to have a plan, but it's also important to be flexible and
adjust your plan if needed. Life is not rigid, it is dynamic.
7. Create spaces of time for you.
Rest, recalibration and recharging your vital energy are an essential part of
achieving success. This is time dedicated to taking a step back, to see what is
happening in your life. Your insight and perspective will be larger and clever
when you incorporate an extended mental space into your days. When you are in a
state of balance that suits you, your authentic self is revealed more and more.
Honor what makes you unique.
What are your strengths? What are
your weaknesses? What happens when you try to conform to a reality established
by others that stifles your uniqueness? What do you feel ? What happens when
