Learning happiness
Studies have shown that happy people have
self-esteem and a sense of control over their lives; they know each other, are
aware of their value and have a clear idea of what suits them. But how do we learn to be happy? Or rather,
how does one acquire the psychological well-being that makes us fit to
experience happiness? Happiness is a matter of responsibility. We must first
believe it, failing which, we never build favorable internal conditions to be
happy.
The main conditions that allow us to strengthen
our ability to happiness are:
• Self-esteem
Self-esteem is an inner attitude of saying that
you have value, that you are unique and important. It is to know oneself and to
love oneself as one is with one's qualities and limits. It is appreciating and
accepting oneself as one is.
The way we think plays a determining role in our
self-esteem. We are what we think ! If our inner discourse about our value is
negative (we say we are incapable of doing one task, we feel inferior to
others, and we value ourselves from our past and the criticisms of others), our
self-esteem will be weak ... or nonexistent.
Learning to accept oneself, to appreciate
oneself, to know one's tastes, needs, abilities and limits helps us to increase
our self-esteem. In order to increase our self-esteem, we need to change our
attitude, have a vision of life and ourselves that is positive and realistic.
An easy way is to learn to have fun. Get spoiled ! Pleasure is a source of
physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. It is a positive emotion, a
feeling of being alive, of being good in one's body, in one's skin, in one's
deep being; it is to be happy.
• The power to choose and act
We have the power to direct our lives and control
our behaviors. To do well, to bring our businesses to a close, especially in
the headwinds, is an occasion of pride and respect for ourselves. To have faith
in our skills, our judgment, gives the feeling of being in control of our life.
Happy people know how to set goals and make every effort to achieve them. A
person who decides to change important things in his life in terms of his
relationships with others, his emotions, his perceptions of herself, will
achieve this if she makes serious efforts and plans her personal changes
important. The dynamic is simple: want and do.
To live happily, the secret is to discover what
stimulates our curiosity, raises our enthusiasm.
But the achievement of our dreams does not happen
itself. We must put ours. There are a number of things that need to be done:

strategy. The road to success breaks down into four stages:
o Know what you want: set precise and realistic
goals
o Act: plan our action and execute it

o Be flexible: have the flexibility to change our
behavior until we get what we want. If one method fails, let's try another one.
