Hello, welcome to French Podcast Easy. I will read two short introductory texts. I will read these texts twice: once slowly and once at normal speed.

Let's go

My name is Paul Leblanc. Paul is my name and Leblanc is my name. Leblanc, it is written L. E B. L. A. N. C. I am French, but I do not live in France. I live in Japan in Totsuka, it's near Yokohama. I am 21 years old, I am a student at Yokohama University. I'm learning Japanese. I speak 3 languages: English, Japanese and a little Chinese. I'm learning Japanese because I want to become a translator. My girlfriend also wants to be a translator. One day, maybe, we will work together. I am a fan of Kitano Takeshi like many French people. Kitano's films are very violent, that's right. But, I really like this filmmaker. My favorite movie is Hanabi. You know?
