 The Director General of Health Affairs in Madinah Region, Dr. Abdul Hamid Al-Subhi, inaugurated the “My Care” electronic service, which provides service to the beneficiaries of the services of the Medical Authority in Health Affairs.

 

The Deputy Director General explained that the Directorate is working on digital transformation in light of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, to facilitate access to health services electronically, as it has launched many programs in this context.

 

 

He stated that «Enayati» provides service to beneficiaries in their homes without the need to visit the Medical Authority building, which saves the trouble of travel and transportation for patients from distant provinces and villages, especially those who suffer from difficulty in movement.

 

The Deputy Director General pointed out that the relevant authorities will be able to request patient reports electronically, and to obtain information easily and easily.

 

 

Asir Region’s electronic program (Enayati), which helps to provide service to patients electronically without the need to come to the medical staff or to the admission offices of hospitals in the region.

 

The spokesperson for Aseer Health, Abdulaziz Yahya Al-Shaya, stated that starting from Sunday 27/3/1441 AH, the medical staff will be submitted (electronically), whether to request the issuance of a medical authority’s decision, to renew the decision, to issue a passenger order, or to request petty expenses. By entering the e-care program via the following link http://mc.ah.gov.sa.

 

He added that the program also includes patients who have apologies from government hospitals, and who wish to receive treatment outside Saudi Arabia.

 

The district health department indicated that if any beneficiary has a valid decision from the authority, he must visit the passenger office of the hospital near his residence to archive the decision so that he can activate the (user) for the patient on the program.

 

He pointed out that in the event that any beneficiary encounters any difficulties, Asir Health welcomes him to the passenger department in his nearest hospital to explain the mechanism and provide the necessary service.

 

In turn, the head of the General Medical Authority in Asir region, Dr. Muhammad Mahya, extended his thanks and appreciation to Khaled bin Ayed Asiri, Director General of Health Affairs in the Aseer and Najran regions, for his approval and support for launching this service that saves time and effort for the esteemed beneficiaries of the services of the authority in electronic form.

 

دشَّن مدير عام الشؤون الصحية بمنطقة المدينة المنورة الدكتور عبدالحميد الصبحي، خدمة «عنايتي» الإلكترونية التي تُقدِّم الخدمة للمستفيدين من خدمات الهيئة الطبية بالشؤون الصحية.

وأوضح نائب المدير العام أن المديرية تعمل على التحول الرقمي في ظل رؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠، لتسهيل الحصول على الخدمات الصحية إلكترونياً، حيث أطلقت العديد من البرامج في هذا السياق.

وأبان أن «عنايتي» تتيح خدمة المستفيدين في منازلهم دون الحاجة لمراجعة مبنى الهيئة الطبية، مما يوفر عناء السفر والتنقل للمرضى من المحافظات والقرى البعيدة، خاصة الذين يعانون من صعوبة في الحركة.

ولفت نائب المدير العام، إلى أنه سيكون بإمكان الجهات ذات العلاقة طلب التقارير المتعلقة بالمرضى إلكترونياً، والحصول على المعلومات بيسر وسهولة.

 

 

برنامج الهيئة الطبية العامة بمنطقة عسير الإلكتروني (عنايتي)، الذي يساعد على تقديم الخدمة للمرضى إلكترونيًّا دون الحاجة إلى الحضور للهيئة الطبية أو لمكاتب الإركابات بمستشفيات المنطقة.

 

وبيَّن المتحدث الرسمي باسم صحة عسير عبدالعزيز يحيى آل شايع أنه بدءًا من يوم الأحد الموافق 27 / 3 / 1441 هـ سيكون التقديم للهيئة الطبية (إلكترونيًّا)، سواء لطلب إصدار قرار هيئة طبية، أو تجديد القرار، أو إصدار أمر إركاب، أو طلب نفقات نثرية، وذلك بالدخول على برنامج عنايتي الإلكتروني عن طريق الرابط الآتي http://mc.ah.gov.sa.

 

وأضاف بأن البرنامج كذلك يشمل المرضى الذين لديهم اعتذارات من مستشفيات حكومية، ويرغبون في العلاج خارج السعودية.

 

وأشارت صحة المنطقة إلى أنه في حال كان لدى أي مستفيد قرار من الهيئة ساري المفعول فإن عليه مراجعة مكتب الإركابات بالمستشفى القريب من مقر إقامته لأرشفة القرار حتى يتمكن من تفعيل (المستخدم) للمريض على البرنامج.

 

وأشار إلى أنه في حال واجه أي مستفيد أية صعوبات فإن صحة عسير ترحب بمراجعته قسم الإركابات في أقرب مستشفى لديه لشرح الآلية، وتقديم الخدمة اللازمة.

 

بدوره، قدَّم رئيس الهيئة الطبية العامة بمنطقة عسير، الدكتور محمد محيا، شكره وتقديره لخالد بن عائض عسيري، المدير العام للشؤون الصحية بمنطقتَي عسير ونجران، لاعتماده ودعمه إطلاق هذه الخدمة التي توفر الوقت والجهد للمستفيدين الكرام من خدمات الهيئة بشكل إلكتروني.
