You really shouldn't… if you want your gun to work. Baby oil is basically just mineral oil and reacts badly to temperature extremes (essentially it evaporates and leaves a residue when hot and gets thick and sluggish when cold). For this reason, special lubricants have been invented!

If you forget to reapply oil and leave solvent residue behind, there is a risk that parts of your gun will corrode.
