PART D: PROGRAMME SELF-REVIEW REPORT
In its application for Full Accreditation of a
programme, the HEP through the department concerned needs to prepare a Programme
Self-Review Report (PSRR). The Report is a narrative of the findings of the
internal quality audit conducted by the department. In doing the PSRR the
department is guided by Section 4.1 of this Code
of Practice. The department may also want to refer to Section 6 of this
Code for further guidance.
In summary, the Self-Review Report should include the following:

Strengths of the
programme in meeting its goals;
·
Areas of concern that
need to be addressed;
·
Strategies for
maintaining and enhancing the strengths of the programme;
·
Steps that have been
taken to address the problem areas; and
·
Conclusions and
recommendations for improvement.
