Ancient Egypt is an ancient civilization of northeastern Africa concentrated along the lower Nile, in what today constitutes Egypt.
The civilization of ancient Egypt takes shape around -31502 with the political unification of Upper Egypt to the south and Lower Egypt to the north under the reign of the first king and develops over more than three millennia3. Its history is interspersed with a series of politically stable periods interrupted by several more disturbed intermediate periods. Ancient Egypt reached its peak under the New Kingdom and then entered a period of slow decline. The country underwent repeated assaults of foreign powers in this late period and the reign of the Pharaohs officially ended in -30 when the Roman Empire conquered Egypt to make it a province.
The success of ancient Egyptian civilization stems in part from its ability to adapt to the conditions of the Nile valley. The predictable flooding of the river and the control of irrigation in the valley produce surplus crops that fuel the social and cultural development of the country. This agricultural surplus gives the administration the means to finance the mining of the valley and the neighboring regions of the desert. The rapid development of an independent writing system, the organization of collective constructions and agricultural projects, trade relations with neighboring countries and a strong army allow Egypt to assert its dominance over the region. All these activities are organized by a bureaucracy of scribes, religious leaders and administrators under the control of the Pharaoh, who ensures the unity of the Egyptian people within a complex system of religious beliefs5,6.
The many achievements of the Ancient Egyptians include mining, surveying and construction techniques that facilitate the construction of monumental pyramids, temples and obelisks. The development of mathematics, medicine, irrigation and agricultural production, the construction of the first known ships, Egyptian earthenware, and new forms of literature are also to be credited. From the gathering of the primitive tribes who created the first Pharaonic kingdom until its absorption in the 1st century BC. Ancient Egypt was the scene of major events that undoubtedly influenced the culture and imagination of the peoples who succeeded it. His art and architecture are largely copied and his antiques are scattered around the world. A renewed interest in the ancient period in the early modern period led to many scientific investigations of Egyptian civilization, including excavations, and a better appreciation of its cultural heritage, for Egypt and the world
Science and Technology
In technology, medicine and mathematics, Egyptians achieved a relatively high level of productivity and sophistication. The traditional empiricism, as evidenced by the papyri Edwin Smith and Ebers (around 1600 BC), is first credited in Egypt, and the roots of the scientific method can also be found among the ancient Egyptians. The Egyptians created their own alphabet and the decimal system

Origin of the ancient Egyptians
Many theories about the origin of the ancient Egyptians have emerged since the beginning of the nineteenth century. We know today that the emergence of Egyptian civilization does not result from the invasion of a new people, as most of these theories based on a vision of humanity affirmed, but was the result of multiple aboriginal contributions172.

In December 2012, a scientific study by Zahi Hawass and his colleagues revealed that Ramses III and his patrilineal lineage belonged to the haplo group of chromosome Y E1b1a173,174, which is found mainly in sub-Saharan Africa.
