HISTORY - The great traveler Ibn Battouta is honored in Brussels. Friday, February 26, an exhibition of historical documents retracing the journey of the famous Moroccan traveler was inaugurated at the Brussels-Flemish house Daarkom.

Documents, frescoes and manuscripts immerse visitors in Ibn Battouta's era, providing historical elements on his journey that lasted nearly 30 years. This event is an opportunity to "compare his career to that of Marco Polo," said Larbi Khatouta, president of the club Ibn Battouta, association organizer of the exhibition.
