The importance of sport for the human body

Kidneys
The intensity of your exercise can affect the rate at which the kidneys filter the blood. After intense exercise, the kidneys allow more protein to be filtered in the urine. They also facilitate the absorption of water, thus decreasing the urine, presumably to help you stay as hydrated as possible.
The adrenal glands
Many of the hormones known as "stress hormones" that release these glands are actually fundamental during exercise. Cortisol, for example, helps the body mobilize its energy reserves like fuel. And adrenaline helps the heart to beat faster, so that it diffuses blood faster through the body.
The skin
Just as you choose your pace, the body, like any machine, produces heat, and needs to cool off. The blood vessels in the skin expand, increasing blood flow to the skin. The heat then dissipates through the skin in the air.
Exocrine glands
At the signal of the hypothalamus, one of the two kinds of sweat glands, the exocrine glands, get to work. These glands produce odorless sweat, a mixture of water, salt and small amounts of other electrolytes, directly on the surface of the skin. When this sweat evaporates, the temperature of your body decreases.
The apocrine glands
This second type of sweat gland is especially found in the parts covered with hair / hair, as on the skull, armpits and groin. According to Mayo Clinic, these glands produce heavier sweat, usually in response to emotional stress, which can cause some odor when the bacteria on the skin begin to break down.

The face
Capillary vessels near the surface of the facial skin also dilate as they strive to spread heat. In some athletes, this can cause a particularly red face after exercise.

Joints
Exercising adds extra weight to the joints, sometimes five to six times more than your own weight, explains Laskowski. The ankles, knees, hips, elbows and shoulders all have different functions, but operate in the same way. Each joint is lined with a protective tissue at the end of the bones, called cartilage, as well as a softer tissue (fibrocartilage) and a lubricating substance, to help with easier and more fluid movement. Ligaments and tendons provide stability.
Over time, cartilage around the joints begins to wear out or deteriorate, as happens to people with degenerative arthropathy, the most common form of arthritis.
